This role is critical to improving issue triage, strengthening product knowledge continuity, and ensuring our core systems—particularly Oracle Primavera Unifier—continue to scale with the business.This is a hands-on, internally focused role ideal for someone who understands how our systems are actually used in practice and can translate business needs into clear, actionable product and system improvements.The Senior IT Systems Analyst will act as a key liaison—helping resolve complex issues faster, improving cross-functional communication, and reducing dependency on senior product leadership for day-to-day problem solving.What You’ll DoProduct Support & Issue TriageServe as the first escalation point for complex system issues requiring deep product or configuration insightAssess incoming issues and route appropriately between Support and Product ManagementIdentify recurring issues, root causes, and long-term solutionsBusiness Process & System ExpertiseMaintain deep knowledge of business processes configured within Oracle Primavera Unifier (I‑BEAM)Advise teams on workflows, configurations, and system functionalityEnsure system design continues to align with evolving business requirementsEnhancements & Continuous ImprovementPartner with stakeholders to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunitiesTranslate business needs into clear, well-defined enhancement requirementsSupport prioritization and planning in collaboration with Product ManagementIntegrations & Data Flow SupportDevelop a working understanding of system integrations and data flowsIdentify, troubleshoot, and help resolve integration failuresPartner with technical teams to protect data integrity and process continuityRelease & Change ManagementSupport system releases through validation, readiness, and communication activitiesAssist with UAT and regression testing as neededContribute to release notes, documentation, and training materialsTraining, Communication & EnablementSupport webinars, training sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing effortsAct as a cross-functional communicator across Accounting, Operations, IT, and other teamsPromote best practices and drive adoption of system enhancementsConfiguration & Long-Term GrowthOver time, contribute to system configuration and design within Primavera UnifierBuild deeper technical and product expertise to support an evolving product roadmapWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience working with Oracle Primavera UnifierStrong understanding of organizational workflows across multiple project typesDemonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and integration issuesExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience supporting system releases, testing, or product enhancements preferredHow AvalonBay Supports YouWe know that our teams are the beating heart of our success and we’re committed to showing our appreciation.We OfferComprehensive benefits — health, dental and vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, tuition reimbursement, an employee stock purchase plan and more.
