Talent Acquisition Onboarding SupportWe are seeking a remote worker for temporary support in Talent Acquisition Onboarding. We expect this to be 30-60 days of coverage. Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. Today, CPLC provides services to people of all backgrounds while honoring our Mexican-American roots.POSITION SUMMARYProvides Talent Acquisition support by maintaining new hire records, systems, and reports. Works closely with Staffing Coordinators and Recruiters providing responsive and quality clerical and customer service. This position is responsible for collecting data to ensure successful onboarding of new hires, complete personnel files, and assigned special project support.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIESHS Diploma/GED equivalency required, Associates Degree preferred. Minimum 1 years of relevant recruitment/staffing human resources experience preferred.
