Mandatory overtime may be required. We're hiring a full-time Seasonal Analyst to review and process residency and fellowship application documents within our ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Services) department. Requirements: Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, along with strong analytical and administrative abilities. Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience in medical education documentation is a plus. Education: High school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Process and review residency and fellowship application documents. Collaborate with management and peers to ensure timely and accurate document handling. Tackle unique applicant cases, ensuring proper resolution with manager approval. Perform additional tasks.
