Location: Newport and Mobile Units (will require travel)
PURPOSE: RESPONSIBLE FOR CLINICAL SERVICES AND COVERS ADMINISTRATIVE REPONSIBILITIES WHEN NECESSARY
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinically supervise Senior Counselors and Counselors, and oversee clinical structure including maintenance of appropriate documentation
Review clinical records for compliance (ie. PI standards, State and Federal criteria) and CODAC Policy and Procedures
Interview and recommend hiring and dismissal of clinical staff
Maintain and develop appropriate referral networks
Review treatment outcomes and program development
Communicate between Program Director and all staff on clinical issues
Conduct interviews, orientation, training and evaluations of all clinical staff
Monitor treatment utilization and effectiveness
Conduct outreach and training
Participate in Performance Improvement activities
Monitor and oversee all related CARF standards (ie. Environment of Care)
Coordinate internal and external service delivery
Document all services, in the patient record, to reflect Health Home and Treatment Services
Obtain and sustain Motivational interviewing proficiency
Participate in relevant and appropriate committees
Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's in Behavioral Healthcare
LDCP required
Five to seven years’ experience in the field.
