Legal Assistant/Client Care Coordinator

Job Description Argo Law is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant We are seeking a Legal Assistant/Client Care Coordinator to support a growing family law practice in Anniston, Alabama.This is an in-office position for someone who enjoys client communication, writing correspondence and documents, organization, and helping maintain a professional and efficient office environment.The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, a strong writer, and comfortable communicating with clients during difficult and emotional situations.We are looking for someone interested in long-term stability and becoming an important part of a growing law practice.Position details:Must work in-office 25-35 hours per weekTypical hours will be 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch breakOccasional later evenings until approximately 5:30-6:00 pm may be required.Pay range: $17.00 - $21.00, depending on skills and experience.Responsibilities:Communicating with current and potential clientsDrafting correspondence and first drafts of legal documentsE-filing documents with the courtManaging calendars and schedulingMaintaining and organizing case filesAnswering phones and general administrative supportAssisting with office operations and workflow managementQualifications:Must be a notary publicMust pass a background checkAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeadline and detail-orientedPrevious experience as a legal assistant or other legal field, preferredTo apply please submit your resume and a cover letter.
