Program Manager - Remote (Data Analysis & Reporting)

About the Opportunity:The Program Manager - Remote (Data Analysis & Reporting) role supports various functional areas through comprehensive program management. This position is responsible for maintaining program policies, controls, and best practices, managing budgets, and ensuring governance standards. The role is pivotal in tracking program performance, facilitating decision-making processes, and driving program adoption and improvements.3. Responsibilities:• Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, program controls, and best practices for assigned programs.• Manage program budget and support project prioritization.• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to maintain governance standards.• Track performance metrics and ensure realization of program value.• Coordinate meetings to support governance frameworks and decision-making.• Support portfolio management and change/project management at leadership direction.• Work with stakeholders to promote dissemination and adoption of program processes and materials.• Review program documentation regularly to align with business needs.• Identify gaps and recommend program enhancements.• Develop business requirements documents, test plans, training materials, and related documentation.• Generate and distribute scheduled standard reports.4. Requirements:• Minimum 4 years of program and/or project management experience or equivalent education and experience.• Experience in operational process improvement.• Background in managed care, preferably in a shared service, center of excellence, or matrixed environment.• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Visio.• Strong presentation and communication skills.• PMP, LSSB, or equivalent project management certifications are highly preferred.5.
