Lead Software Engineer

Role: Lead Software EngineerLocation: Onsite--McLean, VA Long Term ContractRequired Qualifications10+ years of software engineering/technology delivery experience.2+ years of people management/engineering leadership.Experience leading multiple Agile squads.Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, AWS, Angular/React, SQL, CI/CD, and automated testing.Strong full-stack architecture, integration, security, performance, and resiliency experience.Experience with POCs/prototypes and engineering standards.Strong mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
