Known for high-energy dining, innovative sushi, Asian specialties, and exceptional service, LoLa 41 delivers an elevated hospitality experience in every market we enter.About The RoleThe Server Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the service team and maintaining the pace of the dining room. You will assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and neatly, maintaining polished table presentation, and anticipating guest and team needs. This role helps ensure a seamless and timely experience while contributing to the overall energy and hospitality standard of LoLa 41.What You’ll DoClear and reset tables within 5 minutes of guest departureGreet guests warmly and offer water within 2 minutes of seating when neededMaintain table presentation and assist with running food and beveragesDeliver Private-dining ordersEnsure polished and organized stations, restocking as neededSupport servers through constant awareness and communicationMaintain clean dining room floors and service areasComplete opening, running, and closing side work each shiftUphold all health and safety policies and service standardsProvide a guest-first demeanor at all timesRequirementsA positive attitude and strong teamwork mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand and move for 6–10 hours per shiftStrong communication and organizational skillsPrevious Restaurant Or Hospitality Experience Preferred, Not RequiredReliable transportation or plan to relocate to Aspen, COCompensation & BenefitsHourly rate + tip poolCareer development and growth opportunitiesHousing Opportunity for the right candidate!About YouYou are energetic, attentive, and eager to grow in hospitality.
