The engineer will be responsible for developing, debugging, optimizing, and supporting ATE test programs for mixed-signal ICs across validation and production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for mixed-signal ICs using Cohu DxV.Support IC validation, characterization, correlation, and production test activities.Develop and validate test flows involving analog and digital instrumentation.Perform DIB/device interface board bring-up and hardware/software integration.Troubleshoot test failures and determine hardware, software, or device-related root causes.Optimize test time, multisite efficiency, parallelism, and production throughput.Support yield improvement, production qualification, and test robustness initiatives.Collaborate with Design, Validation, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.Support migration between modern and legacy ATE platforms.Develop technical documentation covering test methods, hardware interfaces, and program flows.Required SkillsStrong hands-on Cohu DxV experience – Mandatory4+ years of ATE test development experience.Strong background in mixed-signal IC testing.Experience developing and debugging ATE test programs.Experience with analog and digital ATE instrumentation.Hands-on experience with DIBs, load boards, or probe boards.Experience with IC characterization, ATE correlation, and yield improvement.Understanding of multisite and high-throughput test architectures.Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.Knowledge of analog/digital signal acquisition and conditioning.Preferred SkillsExperience with Credence D10 or other legacy ATE platforms.Experience migrating test programs between ATE platforms.Experience with ADC/DAC validation, voltage/current measurements, and precision analog testing.Exposure to ARM Cortex-M0 or similar embedded processors.Experience testing sensor-based ICs, accelerometers, or sensing circuits.Medical device or implantable electronics experience is a strong plus.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a hands-on ATE Test Development Engineer with proven Cohu DxV expertise, strong mixed-signal IC testing experience, and the ability to support the complete test lifecycle from development and debugging through characterization, correlation, optimization, and production ramp.If you are interested and available for this opportunity, please share your updated resume, location, availability, and contact details for consideration.Best Regards,
