Available Shifts 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM 3rd Shift Monday - Thursday 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM What You'll Do This role is responsible for welding and fabricating standard and custom bins, hoppers, silos, tanks, and related equipment used across industries including food processing, plastics, chemicals, wastewater, and manufacturing. Daily responsibilities may include:Measuring, layout work, grinding, and blueprint readingTack welding and final welding of componentsOperating welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficientlyUsing overhead cranes, torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and material handling equipmentSetting up weld equipment for specific tasks and materialsInspecting welds and finished surfaces for quality and accuracyGrinding and finishing welds for clean, professional appearanceMaintaining a safe, clean, and organized work areaFollowing all safety procedures and PPE requirements What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read blueprints and use a tape measure accuratelyExperience with GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, and FCAW processes preferredStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and willingness to learn Why Imperial?Stable, full-time work with overtime opportunitiesModern manufacturing environment4-day work weeks on 2nd and 3rd shiftTeam-oriented cultureCompetitive pay and benefitsOpportunities for advancement and skill developmentBuilt in Central Wisconsin by people who care about quality Join the Team If you're someone who enjoys building, creating, and taking pride in your work, we'd love to talk with you.
