Per-Diem Security Officer (armed/unarmed)

Job Description: CSTS is currently seeking dependable Per Diem Security Officers to provide coverage at various client locations in the Worcester and Leominster areas. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, on-call work, including nights, weekends, and short-notice shifts. Responsibilities: Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of assigned properties Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas Respond to incidents and emergencies Complete detailed incident and activity reports Provide professional customer service to staff and visitors Enforce site policies and safety procedures Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Strong observation and communication skills Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Previous security or public safety experience is a plus What We Offer: Flexible scheduling Opportunity for additional hours when available Experience in a professional security environment Potential for advancement to part-time or full-time roles Help keep our communities safe while working on a schedule that fits your availability.
