Lab Supervisor

Pay Rate: BR Bill Rate: BR Buffer Preparation/Support Ensure Genral use buffers and Project specific buffers are prepared and re-supplied as needed for downstream development purposes up to 200 L Update and maintain buffer inventory and database Documentation Properly document lab activities in lab notebook, logbooks, and binder. Supervisor delegate will review the buffer documents for accuracy Lab Equipment Daily standardization and maintenance of pH and conductivity meters Maintain large and small equipment Ensure logbooks and/or log sheets are available for each equipment Ensure logbooks and/or log sheets entries are completed Support equipment preventative maintenance activities Stock Lab and Pilot Room Maintain inventory of all general use lab supplies by ordering and stocking supply cabinets Maintain chemical inventory by ensuring the removal of expired chemicals and notify the team or project lead to re-order the chemicals Labwear Washing, disinfecting, and autoclaving glassware and supplies as needed Lab waste Ensure AKTA waste containers are neutralized to pH 6-8 before coordinating disposal
