Please Note you MUST be based in Lehi UTAH for this rolePosition OverviewThe SpendVue Data Analyst plays a critical role in processing and wrangling large data sets for clients, consultants, and internal teams across the ERA Group.In this role, the analyst will support project delivery by managing large data sets, creating dashboard reports, and ensuring that information is processed and shared in a timely and accurate manner. They will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, improve data quality, and provide actionable insights that support growth.The analyst will work closely with ERA Group leadership team to monitor data quality, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that drive growth.The SpendVue Data Analyst reports directly to the SpendVue Manager within the ERA Operations Team.ResponsibilitiesProcess large data sets to create a SpendVue Report (Client spend dashboards) for consultantsData cleansing and transformation process of the SpendVue Template (Excel, 100K+ rows)Process data through SpendBot (AI) and review accuracy for consultantsFilter and categorize cost saving categories in SpendVue Report (Excel)Analyze and manipulate data in Excel and provide analytical insights (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)Support process improvement of data processing to increase speed and accuracy of deliveryWork alongside the Global SpendVue team to create next-gen Spend Analysis / Intelligence reports (AI)Support Franchise Business Units and Prospective Customers in uploading data for analysisTrain consultants on our data processes, and answer questions as neededIdentify and analyze business development opportunities within the Athena CRM platformCreate executive management reports using Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence toolsOther duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred.
