Supply Chain & Launch Operations Manager (Pharmaceuticals)

About ITMITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Launch Operations Manager to lead all logistics‑relevant aspects of a time‑critical pharmaceutical product launch and manufacturing at CMO in the United States. After launch, you will continue to oversee ongoing production planning, inventory management, and demand alignment for a product with short shelf life and special handling requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for production planning topics, the US Sales Team, and the German SCM headquarters.We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in a hybrid working model in Princeton as soon as possibleYour roleEnsure full supply chain readiness for the US product launch and 100% delivery reliability and operational excellence post‑launch Act as the first point of contact for Production Planning, US Sales, and German GSCM Translate US sales demand forecasts into production requirements and optimal batch sizes Execute and interpret MRP runs, monitor material availability, and coordinate production schedules with the CMO Define and manage inventory strategies for short‑shelf‑life products, including safety stock and expiry risk Oversee order management processes and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment via CMO and 3PL partners Identify opportunities for cost‑efficient planning, inventory optimization, and process improvements Your profileMinimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, demand planning, or related roles in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical products Strong expertise in MRP, production planning and inventory management Experience working with CDMOs and understanding pharmaceutical manufacturing processes as well knowledge of FDA, GMP; GDP, and hazardous‑materials requirements Experience in radiopharmaceutical field is an advantage Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and excellent communication skills for cross‑functional and international collaboration Hands‑on mentality with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA preferred) Background in launch operations or experience with US pharmaceutical distribution (3PL, wholesalers, specialty distributors) are a plus Our offerCompetitive base salary.Comprehensive health benefits, including a medical plan with no employee premium and 100% company-paid dental and vision coverage.Annual bonus opportunity.401(k) with company match.Generous paid time off and company holidays.An entrepreneurial environment with the opportunity to shape a high-growth U.S. business.Salary Range (US) $135,000 - $160,000The compensation range for this US role is listed above for a full-time employee.
