Loan Officer

Core Responsibilities Intake, analyze, and process church/ministry/individual loan applications; draft exhibits for board action; guide applicants through the process. Coordinate closings (title, insurance, flood certs), fund advances; manage construction draws and field/site visit reporting. Manage lending relationships; deliver excellent service internally/externally; maintain thorough records compliant with lending regulations. Collaborate with the CDO to ensure a healthy portfolio and efficient processing. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in business/finance or equivalent experience; strong organizational and customer service skills; proficiency with MS Office; detail accuracy; confidentiality; compliance mindset. Preferred: Banking/commercial lending experience (community bank/credit union or church extension funds); credit analysis/underwriting; construction draw management.
