This entry-level role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. You will help process client requests, support daily trade operations, prepare reports, and ensure accurate information flow between teams.Training is provided, and you will work closely with trading, operations, and back-office teams.Client & Team SupportAct as a point of contact for internal and external client operational requestsReceive and process client requests accurately and in a timely mannerRespond to questions about the status of requests or new clientsBuild positive working relationships with clients and internal teamsEscalate more complex issues to senior team members or managementTrade & Daily OperationsAssist with processing EFR and EFP trades and identify those needing Compliance or Risk approvalHelp manage futures trade movements and P&S statement requestsReview and validate trades entered at the end of the dayCommunicate trade corrections to appropriate teamsProcess OTC transactions in internal systems (training provided)Provide backup support for reviewing reports against daily statements and tradesReporting & Financial SupportHelp prepare and update daily margin call reportsSend daily margin call notices to clientsReview bank statements for daily incoming fundsPrepare daily or monthly confirmations as requiredSystems & Data ManagementAssist the front office and clients with platform setup (QST, CQG)Maintain accurate and updated client information across multiple systemsEnsure data accuracy and proper documentationAdditional SupportPrepare reports and data requested by managementFollow established procedures and controlsSupport additional operational tasks as neededQualifications To land this role you will need : Bilingual English and Spanish is a must. Entry level position . Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Finance, business or similar). Experience working for a corporation or experience working in finance field preferably but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers in English and Spanish. Must be client oriented and very detail oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills with client service mindset and able to maintain good client and internal relationships. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro). Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
