A company is looking for an Associate, Fulfillment to support customer relationships by processing purchase orders and managing order details.
Key Responsibilities
Process and acknowledge customer orders using EDI software and Netsuite
Act as the primary contact for customers regarding order status and inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and maintain order accuracy
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer service operations or a related role
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Excel
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
Strong interest in the natural food industry
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
