The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.Assist physical therapists with patient care, ensuring patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their sessions.Administer hot and cold packs as prescribed by the physical therapist.Maintain and prepare therapy equipment, ensuring it is sanitized and ready for use.Monitor patient progress during exercises and report feedback to the physical therapist.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment by regularly sanitizing surfaces and arranging equipment.Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredTeam player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer serviceStrong interpersonal skillsCaring nature, with a genuine interest in helping peopleExcellent organizational and communication skillsMust be able to multitaskBackground with health and fitness, Pre-PT preferred
