We partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into product vision, and customer needs into scalable solutions. Our goal is to build products and services that deliver measurable value, drive growth, and create exceptional customer experiences.The RoleAs the Head of Product, you will own the strategy and execution of our entire product organization across both the SaaS and services sides of the business. This is a true playercoach role: you'll lead and develop a small product team (currently two direct reports) while also serving as the Product Manager/Product Owner for our SaaS platform.You'll be responsible for defining product vision, setting roadmap priorities, and ensuring tight alignment between product, engineering, and go-to-market teamswhile staying deeply hands-on with discovery, delivery, and iteration for our core software product.
