Program Manager Senior

Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate complex NPI and production-sustaining programs, driving cross-functional initiatives across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, product management, and sourcing. You will balance scope, schedule, risk, and budget to deliver on production and customer commitments, while mitigating risks and optimizing the product lifecycle. The position offers impactful work shaping hardware product portfolios, sourcing strategies, and supply chain continuity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ResponsibilitiesLead multiple cross-functional programs across the product portfolio (NPI, production sustaining, EOL, alternate source qualifications, SKU rationalization)Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and mitigation plansMonitor progress, identify and resolve issues or delays, and keep leadership informedBalance scope, schedule, budget, and resources to meet business goals and customer commitmentsFacilitate trade-off discussions and drive decision-making among stakeholdersUtilize PM tools and promote continuous improvement across programsEngage stakeholders and resources to address delivery challengesSupport cost reduction and portfolio optimization initiativesPartner with sourcing and supply chain to mitigate material shortages and production constraintsParticipate in cross-functional tiger teams to resolve manufacturing challenges impacting production outputDeliver presentations and executive updates on program status, risks, and recommendationsEstablish clear objectives and accountability across project teams Key requirements5+ years in Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or related fieldsExperience supporting NPI programs, production sustaining initiatives, and manufacturing operationsProven track record of leading complex cross-functional programs with global stakeholdersStrong program and project management expertise with multi-initiative capabilityUnderstanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, sourcing, and product lifecycle managementAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authorityExperience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and executive communicationsExcellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levelsExperience facilitating discussions with executive leadership and cross-functional teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Power BI, and other PM toolsPMP certification preferredExperience with hardware products, manufacturing environments, or technology product portfolios is strongly preferredAbility to work effectively across global teams and accommodate meetings outside standard business hoursEEO: Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer—minority/gender/disability/religion/LGBTQI/age/veterans强力沟通能力影响力与协作能力跨团队协作Microsoft Office 365Microsoft ProjectConfluence
