Summary
Join a hospital-based Maternal Fetal Medicine practice dedicated to delivering exceptional, consultative care for high-risk pregnancies. This role offers a 100% consultative model supported by a strong OB Hospitalist program, a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team, and a schedule designed to support work‑life balance, including a four‑day work week and limited telephone call.
Schedule
Full‑time | Onsite – CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital
Day shifts | 4‑day work week
Approximately one week of telephone call per month
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $600,000 - $780,000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.

Qualifications
Required
BE/BC in Maternal Fetal Medicine
Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
Preferred
Expertise in targeted ultrasound, amniocentesis, and management of medical complications of pregnancy
Nuchal translucency certification
Experience in fetal echocardiography
Interest in a collaborative, team‑oriented care model
Department Information
CentraCare’s Perinatology practice at St. Cloud Hospital is a hospital‑based, AIUM‑accredited program supported by a Level III NICU and on‑site pediatric cardiology. Physicians work alongside an experienced team of Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, advanced practice providers, genetic counselors, sonographers, RNs, and dedicated support staff. The program is housed within a 489‑bed regional referral center and Magnet‑designated hospital, offering comprehensive specialty support and a collaborative, single-hospital community environment.
