Job Title: Market Follow-Up Assistant Responsibilities: Control and validate invoices Manage public and private tenders Ensure the adequacy of contracts with the evolution of our assets in relation with other departments, local agencies, and service providers Provide general secretariat support to your managers (phone calls, correspondence, updating contracts, organizing meetings, document management, tenders dossiers, etc.) Required Profile: Ideally holding a BTS (assistant manager, management, real estate professions), you are proficient with the Office Pack, especially Excel. You have similar experience in construction management, construction management, or property management in real estate and know the technical and/or financial aspects of the building sector. Rigor, organization, responsiveness, and team spirit are essential to successfully carry out your missions.
