It's everything people love about Le Burger, but with room to stay awhile. Job Description:The Service Manager is responsible for the overall operations for Le Burger. They ensure guests enjoy unexpected and remarkable experiences, drive positive financial results, cultivate a positive culture for team members, and supports the development and leadership of the team. Of ServiceWe understand that we need our guests more than they need us, and we will sincerely and graciously create a space of thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and anticipate the needs of guests Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Your Shifts Work the Floor Lead By Example Server Staffing, Scheduling, Training, and Development Execute and Continuously Improve Server SOPs Cleanliness and Organization of POS Stations, Dining Room, Beverage Areas Server Quarterly Conversations Server Labor Costs Support Guest Feedback Collection and Reporting Qualifications:2+ years in restaurant management experience Experience with staffing, scheduling and training Experience with inventory management and ordering. Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with financial statements and reconciliation procedures Strong knowledge of food, beer, wine, and spirits.
