From team appreciation events and wellness initiatives to fun giveaways and thoughtful celebrations, we create space for connection, recognition, and joy-because a great team starts with a great environment.Role Overview:Evaluate and treat Arbor Therapy clients via Home-Health setting, managing the caseload's treatment plan and adjusting client Plan of Care, as neededClosely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomesEngage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and developmentComplete succinct documentation of services in a timely mannerSupervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), providing appropriate indirect and direct supervision requirementsRequirements:Master's degree in speech-language pathology or equivalent from an accredited college or universityActive speech-language pathologist license through Arizona Department of Health ServicesValid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance CardAt least 2 years of professional experience (Clinical experience with clients between the ages of 0 and 30 years is highly preferred.)Ability to treat clients in the specified city/town/zip-codes listedExperience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilitiesExperience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not requiredExperience with AAC is a plus!Bilingualism is a plus!Working Conditions:This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. In addition, this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.Arbor Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.
