Our strong network serves more than 125 countries with a wide range of products across a family of global brands, helping golf courses, contractors, groundskeepers, growers, rental companies, government and educational institutions, and homeowners worldwide.Your OpportunityThe Order Services Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team that ensures an exceptional order‐to‐invoice experience for all assigned TTC brand accounts. This role provides oversight for customer relations, order management, and shipment consolidation for both domestic and international customers. The supervisor ensures service excellence, process improvement, and cross‐functional collaboration while mentoring team members to meet and exceed performance standards.Work LocationThis role will be based at the Bloomington, MN Toro's International Corporate Headquarters. Fully remote is not available at this time.This role requires 5 days on site during training. The current team works 3 days on campus, with optional 2 days remote.Typical office environment in terms of lighting, temperature, and noise level when in administrative/operations offices.May require occasional travel to other company sites, distribution centers, or supplier locations.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development:Supervise and coach Order Services Representatives and/or Customer Service Associates.Oversee day‐to‐day operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders and inquiries.Collaborate on training programs and onboarding materials for new hires.Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct evaluations, and support professional development of team members.Customer & Order Management:Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues and work to resolve them effectively and efficiently.Ensure team adheres to best‐in‐class customer responsiveness across calls, emails, and order fulfillment activities.Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and resolution of shipment delays, order discrepancies, and system issues.Process Optimization:Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including L‐E‐A‐N projects and system enhancements.Develop and document departmental procedures and SOPs.Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce cycle time.Cross‐Functional Collaboration:Act as a liaison between Order Services and Sales, Marketing, Inventory, Distribution, Credit, and Transportation.Collaborate with IT and business units on SAP and Salesforce enhancements.Reporting & Compliance:Generate and analyze team performance metrics and customer service KPIs.Ensure compliance with export regulations and Letter of Credit processes.Maintain detailed records of activities and elevate high‐impact issues to management.What Do You Need?Bachelor's degree required.5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply‐chain operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‐performing teams.Exceptional problem‐solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‐management skills.Understanding of international and domestic order‐fulfillment processes.PreferredBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.What Can We Give You?Dress for your day – Casual corporate environment that encourages comfort and productivity.Food – Onsite café serving breakfast and lunch with an attached Caribou Coffee shop available throughout the day.Wellness – Complimentary use of the onsite fitness facility and access to mental and financial health resources.Volunteerism – 20 hours of paid time to volunteer in the community.Summer Hours – Flexible schedule during the summer for early weekdays and early release on Fridays.Competitive Salary – Estimated range $87,000–$97,000, based on skills, experience, education, and location.
