Fire Engineering Company, Inc. is hiring a Fire Alarm Service Manager.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Fire Alarm Service Manager to lead and oversee Fire Alarm Service operations across our diverse customer base. This leadership role is responsible for sales, customer and account management, personnel development, managing manpower, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and company expectations.As an Employee-Owned (ESOP) company, every team member has a stake in our success. We are looking for someone who takes pride in ownership, accountability, and leading by example.Job Description:Fire Alarm Inspection deficiency salesManage all Fire Alarm daywork and small contract workManage Fire Alarm monitoring accounts and customers (new and existing)Find and develop department personnelManage department personnel (Schedule, Time Cards, Company Policies, Safety, Licensing & Certifications, and Professional development)Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and jobsite safety requirementsReview drawings and collaborate closely with project managementMonitor labor productivity and job costsMaintain high standards of quality controlCommunicate directly with general contractors, inspectors, and ownersMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Valid Driver’s license – Clean driving record.NICET Certified preferred, but not required.Utah Fire Alarm license.Ten years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry.Have an understanding of NFPA, building, and fire codes.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Sales experienceMonitoring account experienceManagement and recruiting experienceStrong computer proficiency with the ability to learn and utilize construction management softwareProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelProven leadership and team management skillsStrong organizational and communication ability to utilize construction management softwareCompensation:SalarySales commissionsCompany Benefits:Employee-owned company (ESOP)2 retirement plans ESOP & 401KESOP retirement plan is 100% paid by the employer401K with matchingSales commissions100% of the employees’ portion of health care premiums paid for by the company after 3 years (70% for entry-level employees and 10% increase every year)Company vehicle and gas card for business useCompany cell phone8 paid holidaysPaid Time OffDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceVision insurance
