This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing team by managing projects, supporting event activations, and assisting the Brand Manager with various project management tasks. The Marketing Coordinator is nimble in their ability to multi-task and maintain a cordial and collected energy in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. The Marketing Coordinator owns an array of regular tasks and communication touch points. This position is also responsible for supporting the retail and away from home sales team with various marketing projects and communication bridge between sales and marketing. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator is expected to graciously accept spur-of-the-moment task assignments and ultimately support the marketing team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.·        Assist Brand Manager in event management including preparation and logistical planning for events.·        Prepare supplies for live events including trade shows and consumer events. Receive, unpack, clean, and restock return shipments of materials from live events in a timely manner.·        Maintain an inventory of event supplies and swag·        Help manage shipments from Rishi Tea HQ, to make sure they arrive at events on time and from events returning to Rishi Tea HQ.·        Order any necessary materials needed for events, may include running local errands.·        Maintain professional contact with third party vendors supporting the marketing team (ie, creative agencies, event contacts, etc) as directed by Brand Manager.·        Respond to email and communicate with Rishi teammates, and other third-party agents on behalf of the Brand Manager·        Field marketing needs from retail and away from home sales team and communicate updates from the marketing team to sales.·        Complete marketing tasks in asana efficiently and effectively as assigned, supporting multiple marketing campaigns, new product launches, etc.·        Support Marketing team with photoshoots·        Manage the donation & marketing general email inbox, as directed by Brand Manager·        Responsible for being aware of and following all food safety protocols as required by Rishi Tea's food safety management system, as they relate to this position·        Other duties as assignedGoals of Position·        Assist the marketing team by completing various tasks in support of marketing campaigns, new products, and project management.·        Support the Brand Manager in successfully planning events and executing events.·        Develop, exemplify and foster food and personnel safety.·        Work with the Brand Manager in marketing resource management and communication through the·        organization.·        Keep an accurate, organized, and clean stock of all event supplies.·        Manage all incoming marketing requests to Rishi Tea & Botanicals.Supervisory Responsibilitiesnone Sphere of Interaction·        All Rishi Staff·        Suppliers, vendors, contractors·        CustomersQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
