Evaluation Specialist

A company is looking for an Evaluation Specialist to support performance measurement and evaluation activities for the Veterans Health Administration's RISE Implementation initiative. Key Responsibilities Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reporting tools Analyze program performance, identify trends, and document findings for continuous improvement Translate evaluation results into actionable recommendations aligned with program goals Required Qualifications 5 years of experience with measuring program activities Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as public health, statistics, or business Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance Legal authorization to work in the U.S
