Print Production Manager

SpeedPro Greater San Diego is experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking to expand our team. You would be joining a small, tight-knit group that row in the same direction and has fun doing it. If you are creative, are good with your hands, and would enjoy helping our customers solve their branding issues with custom products & solutions, then you should check us out!What we need from you:• We are looking for the right fit for our great team, so having a can-do attitude, the ability to learn new skills and be developed, be dependable, have integrity, and enjoy the creative aspects of the work!• Over the near to medium term, be able to lead the entire process from incoming customer orders all the way through to completion and shipment.• The ability to inspect customer files and provide digital proofs, and prepare the art files for print production (i.e. some graphic design elements)• Operate and maintain the various pieces of equipment we use to produce our work: large-format printers, CNC router/cutter, and a laminator• Help with inventory management and assist the team in ordering new materials when needed• The desire and ability to learn how to perform simple installations at client sites• The ability to measure properly as this role will involve some site visits to assess the client’s requirements• The desire and ability to learn how to use our systems Point of Sale softwareWhat we will do for you:We will treat you with dignity and respect, and give you the opportunity to develop your craft.Offer both annual and quarterly bonus opportunitiesOffer both full-time and part-time options, based on your personal situationFlexible scheduling and overtime pay (when applicable)The Pay:$22–29/Hr
