Sales Account ManagerOur client is a leader in innovative security solutions, leveraging advanced AI technology and a highly trained team of professionals to deliver 24/7 remote monitoring and integrated security services to commercial clients nationwide.They seek a high-performing Sales Account Manager to drive new business development and expand strategic client relationships throughout the New York metropolitan market. Reporting directly to the President and General Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth & expand the company's presence across targeted industries.Main ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and delivering customized security solutions to commercial clientsProspect, qualify, and secure new logo opportunities across target markets including Commercial Real Estate, Multifamily, Warehousing, Logistics, and DistributionDevelop and expand existing client relationships through strategic account management and consultative sellingPresent tailored security and technology solutions aligned with client operational, safety, and risk management objectivesManage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closingCollaborate closely with internal operations, technology, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional client delivery and satisfactionExecute territory/vertical-specific sales strategies designed for long-term growthMaintain expertise in AI-driven security technologies, remote monitoring services, surveillance systems, access control platforms, and guard service solutionsConsistently achieve or exceed individual sales and revenue targetsMain QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred8+ years of experience in complex B2B sales within security technology, software, services, or related industriesSuccess in consultative, solution-oriented sales with a strong "hunter" mentalityAbility to source, qualify, and close mid-to-large scale deals ranging from tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars annuallyExperience selling physical security solutions including surveillance systems, access control, AI-based monitoring technologies, and/or guard services strongly preferredTrack record of successfully navigating long sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders within enterprise organizationsEngage and influence C-level decision-makersEstablished network within Commercial Real Estate, Multifamily, Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, or related verticals preferredSalary is 95K-100K base plus commissions (OTE is 190-200K) and solid benefits.
