Environmental Scientist/Wetlands Biologist

Environmental Scientist/Wetlands Biologist ESC Polytech Consultants, Inc (ESC) is seeking an environmental scientist/wetlands biologist for the Houston, Texas office with 10 or more years experience in environmental NEPA/SEPA documents, water quality assessments, wetland delineations and investigations required. Experience monitoring environmental compliance on construction projects helpful. The candidate must have at least a BS in the environmentally related field.The candidate must be able to complete site investigations and regulatory review; writing and editing technical reports; managing project scopes and budgets. Specific duties include: preparation and review of a wide variety of documents relating to environmental review, permitting, and environmental compliance of environmental/wetlands-related projects. Responsibilities may also include assisting with the development and implementation of an environmental compliance monitoring program for construction projects. This would entail oversight of construction monitoring technicians and regulatory agency coordination. Education: Bachelor of Science, Environmental Experience: 10 + years
