Manager of Distribution Sales

Purpose Fibertech Plastics is a leading manufacturer of high-quality rotationally molded products. Serving a wide range of industries including automotive, OEM, medical, aerospace, construction, and the main product line for this position: agricultural products, including seed boxes, mineral feeders, bunk feeders, and stock tanks. Our products are built for durability and performance in real-world ag environments and are trusted by dealers, distributors, and producers across the industry. We are continuing to expand our agricultural product line and are looking for a driven sales professional to grow our dealer network and strengthen existing partnerships. Role As the Manager of Distribution Sales for our Agriculture division, you will own and grow a defined territory by building strong relationships with ag dealers, distributors, and key accounts. This role is focused on expanding market share, driving product adoption, and supporting customers with solutions that fit their operations. You will be on the road, in the field, and face-to-face with customers, this is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with agricultural dealers, distributors, and retailersDrive sales of Fibertech’s product lines, including seed boxes, mineral feeders, bunk feeders, and stock tanksIdentify new business opportunities and expand territory coverageSupport dealers with product knowledge, training, and sales supportManage and grow existing accounts while meeting and exceeding sales goalsTravel within assigned territory to meet with customers and prospectsRepresent Fibertech at trade shows, field days, and industry eventsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activityQualifications Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in agriculture, equipment, or dealer-based salesExperience working with ag dealers, distribution networks, or farm operationsStrong understanding of livestock, row crop, or ag equipment marketsAbility to build relationships and manage a territory independentlyStrong communication and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel regularlySomeone who understands the ag industry and how dealers operateA self-starter who can build a territory and grow accountsA relationship-driven sales professional who can earn trust and close businessWhat We Offer Competitive base salary + commissionMileage reimbursementProduct training and ongoing developmentOpportunity to grow with an expanding ag product lineSupportive, team-oriented environmentPhysical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and communicate with customers. The role requires frequent travel, including driving for extended periods of time. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move product samples or materials up to 25–50 pounds. The position may require walking on uneven ground, navigating outdoor environments, and visiting agricultural sites such as farms, dealer locations, and distribution facilities. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.Work Demands This position is primarily performed in the field, including travel to customer locations, dealer sites, and agricultural environments. Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain. Occasional visits to manufacturing or warehouse environments may occur, where exposure to noise, equipment, and industrial conditions is possible.
