You'll help bring Radiant's brand to life across digital campaigns, events, and our web presence, with room to grow into ownership of these areas over time.You'll join a team that cares deeply about how Radiant is experienced and perceived in a competitive space. Reporting to the Head of Design, you'll collaborate with our marketing, sales, product teams, and occasionally leadership on everything from campaigns to site design to conference materials.What you'll doBrand & Marketing DesignDesign assets for digital marketing: blogs, social, email campaigns, ads, whitepapers, case studies, decks, and infographicsWork within and help evolve our brand guidelines, design systems, and Figma librariesBuild repeatable templates and visual frameworks that strengthen brand recognition across channelsSupport our web presence with brand-consistent, conversion-focused designPrint & Event MaterialsHelp develop swag, merch, event booth graphics, and signageCollaborationWork closely with the Head of Design for feedback, direction, and prioritizationPartner with marketing, sales, product, and leadership on design deliverablesBring a fresh creative perspective, contributing ideas for concepts, processes, and collateralFlag process inefficiencies and suggest improvements as you find your footingThings we're looking for2–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, and digital designProficient in FigmaProficient in Adobe CCComfortable working within design systems and brand guidelinesA portfolio that shows range: digital campaigns, social, and at least some print or event workGenuine interest in technology and how design shapes perception in competitive marketsDetail-oriented, with a good eye for consistency and visual qualityAble to take direction well and communicate clearly across teamsThe processApplication Review > Recruiter Screening > Manager Interview > Marketing Interview > VP of Product Interview > Panel
