Director, Technical Shared Services
Overview
In this role you will architect and lead Autodesk's Technical Shared Services, unifying enterprise support, release engineering, data services, and access management. You’ll align multiple teams under one strategy to improve reliability, efficiency, and customer experience. Expect to drive scalable operating models, governance, and automation, partnering with product, engineering, security, and business units to deliver a high-performing shared services organization. ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the long-term vision and operating model for Technical Shared ServicesUnify multiple teams under a common strategy, service framework, and standardsEstablish enterprise-wide service delivery standards, SLAs, KPIs, and performance metricsCreate scalable processes to improve responsiveness, reliability, and efficiencyDrive standardization across support, release management, access management, and data operationsIdentify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled capabilitiesLead Level 1 and Level 2 incident management and operational stabilityDevelop release planning, governance, and change control for enterprise platformsPartner with engineering to modernize CI/CD and release practicesOversee data platforms, pipelines, reporting services, and integrations supportLead provisioning/deprovisioning and access governance processesCollaborate with security, compliance, and audit teams on access controls
