We measure our success by outcomes, because every resolution restores stability where it matters most.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Office Administrative Assistant to join our esteemed tax relief company. This role is integral to ensuring seamless daily operations and providing essential backend support to our professional team.The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to effectively support our internal departments in delivering exemplary services.Key ResponsibilitiesRecords Management: Help prepare, arrange, and archive client files and Taxing Authority Notices; ensure all materials are uploaded to appropriate digital cases in line with regulatory standards and internal protocols.Office Maintenance: Keep the reception and break room areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.General Support: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as data entry, mail distribution, including sorting incoming mail, uploading urgent notices to digital case files, performing regular post office and bank runs, and ordering office supplies.Required QualificationsAn Associate's degree is required. Relevant professional certifications will be strongly considered.Demonstrated proficiency in executing a broad range of administrative functions.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to rapidly master new software platforms and internal systems as needed.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while managing complex tax documentation and sensitive client records.Familiarity with tax relief or financial services is a plus, but not required.If you possess these skills and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
