Controller PositionA growing Phoenix construction company is looking for an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. Previous construction industry experience is not required, but hands-on experience with FOUNDATION Software is a must.This is a key position for someone who understands the Controller function, enjoys improving processes, and can step into a growing organization and take ownership of the financial side of the business.What You'll Be DoingOversee day-to-day accounting and financial operationsManage month-end and year-end closePrepare and review financial statements and reportingOversee AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and reconciliationsManage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flowMaintain strong internal controls and accounting processesWork closely with company leadership on financial reporting and business decisionsUtilize FOUNDATION Software for accounting and financial managementWhat We're Looking ForPrior Controller or senior-level accounting experienceSolid knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience overseeing accounting processes and teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyConstruction experience is helpful, but not requiredCompensation & OpportunityUp to $170K base, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.This is a great opportunity to join a growing company where the Controller will have visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to make an impact.
