We are creating beautiful software for people who run critical businesses and need tools that just work. Tex is building software that helps people run real businesses. Not another abstraction to sell to other software companies. Your work ships to customers who actually need it. This is a high-leverage role.What You'll DoDesign & implement features for Tex Suite.Create intuitive interfaces for complex equipment data and dealer workflows.Work directly with customers to understand their needs and live their pain.What We're Looking For3-5 years of experience.Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product work.Experience designing B2B/enterprise tools.Comfortable with Figma and modern design workflows and teaching those skills to others.Has strong design/technical opinions and can defend them.Nice To HaveExperience in industrial, construction, or equipment markets.Prior work at early-stage companies.RequirementsMust be already located in San Francisco or willing to relocate quickly.Must be authorized to work in the US.
