Service Business Development Center Representative
Position Summary:This position answers directly to the Service Business Development Center Manager (BDC) while resolving various customer service inquiries, manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone ,email, text and chat. Previous call center experience a plus, but a strong background in customer service, a desire to learn, and a drive to excel is a must. What We Offer:Performance based pay with base compensation401kHealth insurancePaid vacationEmployee discountsCafeteria planMonday-Friday work schedule (40hrs)Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Manage high volume of inbound calls.Schedule follow-up contact when appointments are not created.Conduct telemarketing and internet related service campaigns.Meet and exceed daily goals and objectives.Make comprehensive notes in the dealership CRM reflecting all customer/prospect communications.Work closely with the BDC and Service Manager to become proficient with overall service programs, and understanding the details associated with each program.Check e-mail frequently and provide a quality lead response immediately.Maintain working knowledge of all dealership products and services.Maintain an organized and efficient work area.Qualifications:Able to type proficiently while speaking with guests on the phone.Makes exceptional customer service a top priority.Strong phone, email and texting presence is necessary, including good grammar in your written communications.Willing to submit to a pre-employment background and drug screen testing
