Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients’ medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder. Starting our fight against the opioid addiction crisis in 2005, Crossroads has remained physician led and patient focused as we’ve grown to 100+ clinics across nine states. Day in the Life of a Physician
Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings..
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
Schedule & Locations
Florence/Darlington/Myrtle Beach/Charleston 5-6 hours at each center weekly (20-24 total hours weekly)
Example of hours: Florence and Darlington centers are open 5am-11am, Myrtle Beach open 5am-12.
Education and Licensure Requirements
Master's Degree and licensed as a Physician in the state of practice (SC)
DEA licensure in SC
Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.
Position Benefits
W-2 employment with competitive pay starting at $190/hour.
