The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the brand's creative strategy, with a focus on elevating its positioning, deepening emotional connections with the community, and driving business impact through compelling brand storytelling. This executive-level position demands a leader with a deep passion for the brand's mission, at least 10 years' experience in brand, creative, or design leadership, and a strong portfolio demonstrating brand strategy and creative execution. The role involves owning the product storytelling framework, ensuring creative consistency across all touchpoints, and leading a high-performing creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce storytelling, PDP optimization, and customer journey design, and will be adept at using data and insights to inform and optimize creative strategies.
