Key Responsibilities
Lead daily field operations on commercial and industrial projects
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
Maintain safety standards and job site organization
Review drawings and ensure quality field execution
Communicate with project managers and leadership
Support project planning and scheduling
What We’re Looking For
Experienced commercial or industrial construction superintendent
Strong field leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and active job sites
Organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented
Willingness to travel to project locations as needed
Because the company performs government and institutional work, candidates must have:
Clean background
Clean MVR
Compensation & Benefits
$30–$45 per hour with overtime
work 3-weeks in field and 1-weekend home
