Brand and Campaign Manager (m/f/d)
The Brand & Campaign Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns for a global manufacturer of hydraulic components. This role ensures consistent brand positioning across all markets and channels while driving demand generation, customer engagement, and market share growth.Your tasks:Brand Strategy & Management• Develop and maintain a clear, differentiated global brand strategy aligned with company objectives• Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual standards aligned with all regions and considering diverse touchpoints• Manage brand guidelines and ensure adoption across internal teams and external partners• Conduct market and competitive analysis to refine positioning and messagingCampaign Development & Execution• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, trade shows, product launches, email, content marketing,) including trackingand data collection and analysis.• Partner with product management and sales to align campaigns with product roadmaps and revenue targets• Develop targeted campaigns for key industries (e.g., construction, material handling, agriculture, mobile equipment)• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelinesDemand Generation & Performance Tracking• Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns• Define KPIs and track campaign performance in alignment with Bucher Central Marketing team• Analyze results and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement• Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to support campaign execution and reportingContent & Messaging• Oversee development of high-quality marketing content (technical materials, videos, web content)• Translate complex hydraulic solutions into clear, compelling value propositions• Ensure messaging resonates with OEMs, distributors, and end usersCross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with sales, engineering, product management, and regional teams• Support global alignment while enabling regional customization of campaigns• Manage external agencies and vendors as neededYour profile:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field• 5+ years of experience in brand management and campaign marketing• Experience in technical B2B markets preferredSkills & Competencies• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically• Experience in InDesign and Adobe Premier (including video editing)• Understanding and ability to apply advanced graphic design concepts, bonus: videographer/photographer experience• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially for technical products• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications• Experience working with global teams and multi-region campaigns• Understanding of hydraulic systems, mobile equipment, or fluid power applications is a bonus
