You will use Ruby on Rails, Node, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to build engaging user experiences backed by scalable, high-performance code.What you'll do:Design and develop robust full-stack solutionsWork in a cross-functional scrum team to achieve regular sprint goalsMentor and review the code of more junior team membersEmbrace software development best practices such as TDD, documentation, design patterns, secure coding, and algorithmic optimizationWhat you've done:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field7+ years of web application development experience2+ years using SQL and NoSQL technologiesStrong foundation in object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structuresExperience implementing and troubleshooting high-usage, high-throughput systemsExperience optimizing website performance on both the client and server-sideIdeal candidates will have experience developing with cloud services such as AWSExperience with services, microservices, and serverless environments is highly desirableFamiliarity with Agile methodology and the Scrum framework is beneficialBonus points for AI/LLM/MCP implementation experienceWorking at SpokeoSpokeo offers a bonus program, equity plans, and a 401(k).
