EXECUTIVE LEGAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING PARTNERONSITE | OCCASIONAL TRAVELDIRECT HIRE | N. DALLAS$85K–$95K | COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITSImprimis Group is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support the Managing Partner of our client, a prestigious and well-established law firm in the Galleria area of Dallas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor and manage the Managing Partner’s high-volume email communications throughout the dayCoordinate complex calendars, meetings, hearings, mediations, travel schedules, and daily prioritiesServe as a key liaison between the Managing Partner, clients, attorneys, court personnel, opposing counsel, and internal departmentsPrepare conference rooms, Zoom meetings, phone conferences, hearing materials, laptops, and briefing documentsEnsure the Managing Partner is fully prepared for meetings, hearings, mediations, and travelTravel locally with the Managing Partner to hearings, mediations, depositions, and meetings as neededAssist with organizing legal files, exhibits, presentations, and supporting documentationHandle urgent requests and critical communications quickly, professionally, and discreetlyWork closely with the Managing Partner’s Executive Legal Secretary and litigation teams to ensure seamless daily operationsAssist with client intake coordination and ongoing client communicationHelp protect and manage the Managing Partner’s time by anticipating needs and proactively solving problemsProvide overflow administrative support to additional attorneys and departments when neededWork overtime as necessary, including occasional evenings and limited overnightREQUIREMENTS3+ years of Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or high-level administrative support experience requiredPrior experience supporting attorneys, executives, or managing partners strongly preferredLitigation or legal industry experience highly preferredBachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent professional experience preferredExceptional organizational, multitasking, analytical, and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with impeccable professionalismAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn legal software and systemsExperience with legal document management systems such as Hummingbird eDocs, PACER, ProDoc eFiling, Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms is a plusProfessional appearance and adherence to firm dress code standards requiredIDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTESProactive mindset with the ability to stay two steps ahead at all timesHighly adaptable in a fast-paced, high-pressure legal environmentStrong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalismExceptional follow-through and attention to detailAbility to think critically, prioritize effectively, and remain composed under pressureService-oriented mentality with strong client relationship skillsCollaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally throughout the firmComfortable with occasional schedule flexibility and variable overtime needs
