You’ll provide onsite and remote technical support for a wide variety of network and server environments while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a technically curious problem-solver who enjoys working independently, collaborating with a team, and continually sharpening their skills in a fast-paced managed services environment.You’ll support critical client systems, help maintain a healthy service queue, and contribute to proactive improvements that reduce future issues. Just as important, you’ll represent JMARK’s commitment to honesty, excellence, and service in every client interaction.What You’ll DoProvide onsite and remote support for client networks, servers, and end-user environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfactionManage, maintain, and optimize client network infrastructure and systemsAccurately document work performed using professional services and documentation toolsSupport and mentor Level 1 team members, including communication and technical skill developmentPerform routine health assessments, preventative maintenance, and assist with installations and migrationsCollaborate with Service and Project Managers on team initiatives and client solutionsIdentify recurring or systemic issues and help drive proactive resolutionsContinually learn new technologies and work toward additional certificationsQualifications18–36 months of experience in a similar technical support or network engineering role, or equivalent demonstrated technical competenceExperience working in a managed services and/or Microsoft Partner environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems (2012–2019)Experience supporting Active Directory, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and remote desktop servicesUnderstanding of basic network concepts, IPv4/IPv6, VPN technologies, and security toolsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetWillingness to travel locally or regionally as requiredValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insuranceAt JMARK, we believe great technology starts with great people.
