As Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis. 1st Shift, On Call Specialties Short-term recovery, Senior rehabilitation care, Long-term services, Physical therapy Memory care LPN Unit Manager Qualifications: Active LPN license Proficiency in complex medical conditions and geriatric care. 2 - 5 years Supervisory/Management experience Previous Long Term Care Experience LPN Unit Manager Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies. Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching. Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments.
