We are committed to providing unrivaled dialysis care to improve the quality of life for those with End-Stage Renal Disease.THE POSITION:As a Renal Registered Dietitian, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for overall management of the patient & family regarding dialysis diet and Mineral & Bone Disease interventions.Manages Mineral & Bone Disorder program for assigned facility, follows protocols, processes orders, and schedules appropriate related lab orders in EMR and with Medical Secretaries.Participates in developing interdisciplinary Long-Term and Short-Term Care Plans for each patient.Collects and documents pertinent nutrition information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) SystemEvaluates and monitors patients for necessary supplemental nutrition and prepares necessary forms (certificate of medical necessity, prescriptions, prior authorizations)QUALIFICATIONS:Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition & DieteticsCurrent State of Florida Department of Health Registered Dietitian LicensureAttains the required 30 hour biannual requirement for continuing education.Dialysis Experience PreferredTHE LOCATION:The Registered Dietitian position is based at our Osceola office located at 14522 Landstar Boulevard, Suite 108, Orlando, FL 32824WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?Top BenefitsCompetitive PayBonus ProgramTuition ReimbursementPublic Service Loan Forgiveness - as a non-profit organizationIt is CFKC's policy to perform a background and drug screen once a conditional offer has been executed.
