GTM Lead – Change Management

Role: GTM Lead – Change Management & Product Due Diligence / Risk Approval SupportOverviewWe are looking for an experienced GTM (Go-To-Market) Lead – Change Management professional to drive end-to-end change enablement, product due diligence coordination, and risk approval support across strategic product launches and enhancements. This role acts as a bridge between product, risk, compliance, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless execution with strong governance.Key Responsibilities1. Change Management & GTM ExecutionLead change management strategy and execution for new product launches, enhancements, and regulatory-driven updates.Design and implement GTM readiness plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.Drive impact assessment, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.Ensure smooth transition from development to production with minimal disruption.Manage launch milestones, dependencies, and execution timelines.2. Product Due Diligence CoordinationCoordinate product due diligence processes, ensuring all required artifacts are reviewed and approved.Partner with legal, compliance, risk, and product teams to validate product readiness.Track and ensure closure of due diligence findings and action items.Maintain documentation and audit trails for regulatory and internal governance requirements.3. Risk Approval & Governance SupportSupport the risk approval lifecycle, including submission, tracking, and closure of approvals.Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Control functions to identify and mitigate potential risks.Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks.Facilitate risk forums, approval committees, and governance reviews.4. Stakeholder ManagementAct as a central coordination point across Product, Tech, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.Communicate clearly on progress, risks, dependencies, and escalation items.Enable alignment between global and regional stakeholders.5. Reporting & Continuous ImprovementDevelop and maintain GTM dashboards, risk trackers, and reporting metrics.Identify gaps and drive process improvements in change management and governance frameworks.Support creation of playbooks and best practices for GTM execution and approval processes.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of Change Management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Agile change practices)Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and product lifecycle managementKnowledge of risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworksExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and presentation skills
