Do you enjoy mentoring others, building strong crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently?State Roofing Systems is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews on commercial roofing projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in the field, training team members, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.You'll play a key role in creating a positive, safety-first culture while guiding crew members from new hires to experienced roofers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor roofing crews, providing hands-on training and daily guidanceOversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systemsEnsure proper installation of BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, coatings, tile, and metal roofing systemsReview and interpret blueprints and project specificationsRun job sites efficiently while ensuring work stays on schedule and within scopeEnforce company safety standards including PPE usage, fall protection, and OSHA complianceConduct toolbox talks and safety meetingsComplete daily reports, job documentation, and required paperworkMaintain high-quality workmanship while promoting a safe and productive job siteWhat You Bring3-5 years of commercial roofing experienceProven experience installing BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, coatings, tile, and metal roofing systemsStrong leadership ability with experience managing and motivating crewsExperience reading and interpreting blueprints and project plansStrong commitment to job site safety and complianceAbility to work 8-12 hour shifts and occasional weekends when requiredValid driver's license with an insurable driving record Preferred Qualifications5-10 years of commercial roofing experienceStrong knowledge of roofing manufacturer specifications and installation proceduresExperience with roof inspections and quality controlOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationBilingual Spanish/English a plus Why Join Us?At State Roofing Systems, we believe strong crews build great projects.
