As an HVAC Lead, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You will also mentor and guide apprentices and helpers, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety. Responsibilities: Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues. Supervise and mentor apprentices and helpers. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices. Qualifications: Journeyman HVAC license or equivalent certification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
